Where are your products manufactured?

All of our products are manufactured in Vietnam at our 100% foreign-owned (FDI) factory.

Production is overseen by Harry Baker, our Production Manager, ensuring that all items meet our strict standards for quality, consistency, and reliability.

What products do you offer?

We manufacture and supply a wide range of case hardware and fittings, including hinges, clasps, locks, and related components used in industries such as:

• Wooden presentation cases

• Jewellery boxes

• Musical instrument cases

• Wine and gift boxes

• Plastic or metal cases

Our full range of standard products can be found in our catalogue.

In addition to our standard items, we also produce custom products. If you can provide a sample, drawing, or technical specification, we can review it and discuss manufacturing possibilities.

Do you keep products in stock?

Yes.

We maintain stock of many of our most popular items in order to provide fast delivery for our customers. If you require a particular product urgently, please contact us and we can confirm current availability.

Many customers prefer to place larger production orders to benefit from improved pricing. We are happy to store these goods and ship them to you in smaller quantities as required.

How quickly can you deliver orders?

Delivery times depend on whether the item is in stock or produced to order.

Stock items are usally dispatched the same day or next working day.

How do you ship orders?

We offer flexible shipping options depending on your needs.

Direct shipping from Vietnam

Orders can be shipped directly from our factory using FedEx or another courier of your choice.

Shipping via our UK warehouse

Alternatively, we can ship goods via sea freight to our UK warehouse free of charge, where they can then be distributed to you locally.

We currently ship products to over 20 countries worldwide.

What are your payment terms?

Payment is required upon completion of your order and prior to shipment.

For customers ordering regularly, please contact us to discuss potential long-term supply arrangements.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Minimum order quantities vary depending on the specific product.

As a manufacturer, production requirements can differ from item to item based on tooling, materials, and manufacturing processes. However, we aim to offer order quantities that are practical and accessible for independent manufacturers and smaller businesses, not just large-scale companies.
